General
Perspetivo is one of Sweden’s leading platforms for inclusive and representative surveys. We enable you, as a panelist, to share your thoughts and perspectives on matters that are important to you – now and in the future. In return for your participation, you receive points that you can trade in or give away as a voucher.
Perspetivo holds dialogs and conducts surveys adapted to various target groups in Sweden, with the aim of gaining deeper insights into people’s way of life, attitudes and values. Our vision is for our work to result in a more inclusive society.
You can apply to join by filling an online form and creating an account – free of charge. An e-mail message will then be sent to the address you provide, with instructions to activate your account. Click on the link to activate your membership and begin your first survey.
Membership
Currently, residents of Sweden who wish to participate in surveys in Swedish, English, Arabic, Farsi or Somali. In the future, those who live in other countries will also be able to participate in surveys. To become a member, please visit our membership page. Your survey responses are fully anonymous and membership is completely free of charge.
To participate in the panel, you must have an active e-mail address and either a computer, tablet (such as an iPad) or smartphone with access to the Internet.
No – only one panel account (member profile) per person is permitted. You are not allowed to register an account using a fake profile or by pretending to be someone else. If you do not adhere to our users’ terms and conditions, it could result in your account being banned from using the service. You can log in to your account by clicking on the Sign in button in the top right of the menu. Enter your log-in information in the web form.
It may take a few hours before you receive an e-mail with your activation link. Check your spam folder in case the e-mail has ended up there. If you do not receive any activation e-mail within 24 hours, please contact our panel support team (support@perspetivo.com).
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it here. Please enter the e-mail address that you provided when you registered your account. We will then send you an e-mail message with a link to reset your password.
You can invite a friend after logging in to your account. Copy the link and invite your friend. Or you can also link onward to a social media account of your choice. If your friend registers an account and completes five surveys, you will receive 200 extra points in your account. You will not receive any points if your friend does not participate in five surveys.
Your participation in Perspetivo’s panel is voluntary and how often you wish to participate in surveys is entirely up to you. If you are inactive (have not participated in any survey) for more than 12 months, you will be automatically deregistered from the panel. Consequently, you will not be able to access your account and your points may be forfeited.
Our method is based on ensuring that the surveys are random, inclusive and representative. We cannot guarantee how many surveys you will participate in per week, because this will depend on the load at any given time. Furthermore, individuals are randomly selected in order to best represent the sections of the Swedish population that are to be surveyed. Therefore, how often you are invited to participate is a matter of probability.
Points and Vouchers
Every time you participate in a survey, you are awarded between 75 and 150 points. The number of points depends on the survey’s length and difficulty.
You have two ways to utilize your points:
- You can redeem your points in the form of a voucher that you can use in numerous shops, regardless of where in Sweden you may live.
- You can also donate your points to charity organizations of your choice directly through Perspetivo.
Security and the GDPR
Yes. Your security is our highest priority. We protect and handle your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection legislation.
Perspetivo never shares your e-mail address or other contact information with third parties (by telephone, e-mail or by post) when you become a member.
Data security is a highly prioritized area for us and we work continuously to maintain the highest level of privacy. We use the leading providers of data center services in Sweden and Germany. We are a member of the organization, ESOMAR, (www.esomar.org) and abide by the adopted regulations.
